People are not liking what the governments have been doing and it seems they are all on agreements all across nations.

#1 - Fri Jan 21, 2011 12:28 PM ESTI fear we will see more and more of this. Talk of austerity measures and food shortages only help to further fuel peoples fears.
My own children (elementary & high school age) hear me discussing these issues with friends and question me as to what kind of world they are going to be entering into in the decade to come. It is difficult to be optimistic when discussing it with them.
Questions like "Why would you pay for me to go to college if there will be no jobs for me to use my education?"
I simply smile at there perceptiveness and tell them "because we need brilliant minds like yours in the future so we don't make the same mistakes from our past."
I don't think they entirely believe it, but I am dad so they except it.
